Saturday May 9th will see a big community celebration down on the Busselton Foreshore called the Jetty Jamboree.  This fun filled afternoon has been organised to celebrate the start of the largest construction project the Shire of Busselton has ever seen! 

The South West community and visitors alike are encouraged to come and join in the festivities on the shore.  Bring your own food and make use of the free BBQ's that will line the grassed areas and kids can drink for free from our Mount Franklin Drink Van that will be based near Simmo's Icecream!  There will be lots of fun things for the kids including: face painting, balloon animals, wood turning demonstrations and more!  For the adults - come and check out the restoration plans, old Jetty Shipping log books, Timeline of the Jetty from 1851 and Reg Bovell's iconic bike!
