Bookings are essential due limited capacity within the Underwater Observatory and Jetty Train
The Jetty Train departs from the Interpretive Centre on the hour
Please wear appropriate clothing - it can be cooler than expected at the end of the Jetty
There is a restricted use lift for disabled access inside the Underwater Observatory
Prams may be transported in the jetty train if room permits. Prams are not permitted with the Underwater Observatory and must remain upstairs in the foyer
Your Underwater Observatory and Jetty Train ticket also gives you all day access to the Jetty to enjoy other activities
There are six flights of ten stairs with balustrades inside the UWO with a viewing platform between each flight
The Busselton Jetty Environment and Conservation Association (BJECA) reserves the right to cancel any tour with or without notice as deemed necessary due to adverse weather conditions.
BJECA reserves the right to cancel any tour with or without notice as deemed necessary for the well-being and safety of its patrons & staff.
In such circumstances whereby BJECA is required to cancel a tour, a change of tour time or a refund will be offered as required.
Underwater Observatory and Jetty Train tickets can be collected at the Interpretive Centre on the day of your scheduled tour time
There is no charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled tour departuretime
There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour departure time
To enhance our visitor's experience we offer translation sheets for our tours in the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, French & German, as well as children's activity sheets, both of which are available from the booking office at the Interpretive Centre upon request.
